I heard a lot of this debate w tears of relief, but I’M SO SICK & TIRED of this polite term ’the stigma’

The BPSM was a pervasive horror show that KILLED some people, and continues to threaten us all

We’ve lived through psychiatric persecution - weasel words are not enough.

Trying to read with brainfog isn't easy.

It's something i've apparently read before but I don't remember bits of it... 🧐

I know what I need to do today, but I've completely forgotten what I was about to do just now... And now I've spent past 20 minutes trying to work out What it was... Tough day.

Tim Cook plans to step down as CEO of Apple next year.

I wish Trump would do that.

Of course, I’m comparing apples to oranges.

Governments and voters are both reacting to algorithm-shaped “public opinion,” not grounded priorities. Immigration feels urgent because platforms amplify fear, pulling parties into hollow performances of toughness. The far right reads that drift as confirmation it’s winning.

I said I'd only consent to a wedding video if it was just like a royal wedding TV show. My husband booked a video company and then got two reporters from the local radio station to commentate. It was technically brilliant and utterly horrifying. I'll never watch it again.

Latest blog: I promised I'd write some blogs to break down our discussion (www.youtube.com/live/Ar0X_N3...) & go over things we didnt get through. The first thing we discussed was body water & hydration issues esp in POTS:

I tried to read the BBC article but not sure if it's brain fog, which I'm really struggling with at the moment, or just lack of comprehension on my part, I just can't get my head around it..
ever since I learned about three-cueing I've developed infinitely more patience for replies on social media. mfers literally do not know how to read. people are walking around conjuring random meanings into words they don't know, and they don't know a lot of words. it's crazy

This is long overdue. Failure to act leads to "grey" area where somewhat dubious devices are used, (often to the benefit of user) some of which are not at all safe.

But embracing oppurtunities to help people, and reduce car dependence would be good!

Watched the celebrity traitors.

I enjoyed it, but won't be watching it again, the entertainment part was far too offset by the excruciatingly drawn out format.

It was only the mad line up that got me interested in it.

That and staying up to watch wasn't great for me...

Went out for 15 min scoot around estate. Knackered now. But it was so good to just be out for once.

Probably a bad idea given I have two appointments next week, but really needed it.

My left thumb seems to have the shakes now for some reason. 🤣
Not counting the short trip down the street on mobility scooter, I've not been out since July, for a blood test.

Makes me feel like I'm agoraphobic or something, which I'm not. Just not been able to with health.

At least I've been productive... Oh...

Saw an advert for a powered exoskeleton thing on someone on a bike.

I wonder what the law is around that? It's not an ebike, so is it potentially unlimited power as long as it involves human parts? 🤔 (And not exclusively for cycling use?)

“Someone else can pay for it”ism seems to have infected huge swathes of British politics. Left variants include wealth tax, more tax on the ultra rich, “debt doesn’t matter”, etc. Right variants include deporting people on welfare, “efficiency” cuts, etc.

🧵This horrific story is being reported all over Latin America, but not the US.

Randall Gamboa, a Costa Rican, was deported from the US in such a critical health condition it required an ambulance flight.

He then died upon his return to Costa Rica after being detained for 8 months by DHS.
