It’s not that they are shifting the production overseas. They are shutting it down completely. This means that only state run entities are going to be in the vaccine game. That’s China, Russia, and probably India. Will they come to our aid in times of need, or will they watch us shrivel and die?

This was the VERY rare case where an FBI Agent, rather than an HSI agent, filed the affidavit. I gotta believe there's still enough institutional culture among Feebs to REALLY hate having been lied to. HSI not so much.
