Somebody has to work a little harder on @kirstengillibrand.bsky.social's constituent replies. The response to an email to her office imploring her to vote to defund ICE says: "The murder of American citizens is intolerable." Which begs the question if the murder of non-citizens is tolerable.

A very simple thing you can do is stop linking to the NYT.
I know they do some good reporting but they are also actively upholding facism and working to subvert democracy and shaping your world view.
It is more work but it is better if we start starving harmful institutions.

So I guess it's way too hard for City Journal to point out that the NYAA is a landlord lobbying group in its article slamming Mamdani's intervention in the Pinnacle bankruptcy. And the article is just so fucking dumb about basic finance stuff in so many ways, it's breathtaking.
