Trickle up Economics is the way. Tax breaks for the middle and lower class. With more money in their pocket they can consume more products and services putting more money in the pockets of Billionaires. Everyone wins, including the government collecting more consumption taxes.
#sportscards - problem with cards today, sets are massive and packs/boxes are expensive. To even make a set of base cards is ridiculously expensive. i.e. Upper deck Series 1 or 2 about $12-$15 or $50 per blaster. Building a base card set would take opening around 30 packs or more.

What is described in this post was an exciting passage of play in a tightly contested hockey game. Every team has missed chances in open nets. Most l teams have given up penalty shots. These are not indicators of shitty hockey. What a dumb ass, there is a reasom his comments are shut off.
The Canucks missed a wide open net, and then gave up a penalty shot on the same play

This is hilariously shitty hockey
Going from Habs/Sabres to Canucks/Leafs is jarring in quality

What is Lame about the NFL, is that the owner speaks first, than the coach when a trophy is won. No one wants to hear or see the owner or the coach.

That's western society in a nutshell. The professions that do the most for advancing and protecting humankind, like the sciences, are the back of the line for compensation. While the bulk of the rewards are given to people whose only skill is being famous.
It is darkly funny that American universities are for the most part elite research institutions yet for 90% of them their highest paid employees are football coaches. (And given that most of them are "state Us", that means the highest paid public employees in most states are coaches.)

Pittsburgh didn't really do much to provide Rodgers with support on the offense.
I’ve done my own research, and I don’t think Aaron Rodgers should play football anymore.

'Batsh*t crazy': Democratic representatives sound off on the White House publishing a website about January 6 that calls the insurrectionists “patriots” and blames officers for the violence. @pabloreports.bsky.social reports.

Five years ago, a violent mob attacked the U.S. Capitol to overturn a free and fair election. Let’s be clear: January 6th was an attack on our democracy.

History will remember it as such, but at a time when the truth is being rewritten, I’m committed to preserving it.

Former Special Counsel, Jack Smith, explicitly states:

"President Trump was by a large measure the most culpable and most responsible person in this conspiracy. These crimes were committed for his benefit. The attack that happened at the Capitol, part of this case, does not happen without him."

I’m starting to think maybe they need to get rid of that damn peace prize. Seems like it causes more harm than it’s worth. We got peace prize recipients offering to trade it to imperialist regime changers who murdered her countrymen in exchange for political power.

As of this week, millions of Americans are now paying thousands more for health insurance.

If the President and Congressional GOP think Washington has the capacity to "run" Venezuela right now, why won't they fix the insurance cost crisis they've created here at home?

Broken record: The obsession with "kitchen table issues" imagines an electorate too obtuse or amoral to be reached by any appeal to abstract principle, morality, or any longer-term consideration than the immediate health of their bank account. If that's accurate, the game's already over.
Rep Adam Smith, highest ranking Dem on Armed Services Committee: The consultants keep telling me to talk about kitchen-table issues, but the rule of law is being utterly destroyed in America by Donald Trump.

Not allowing comments is lame as well.
Two things can be true...

Team Canada acted immature and stupid in their loss to the Czechs, and can be criticized for it

Acting like everyone is like that in hockey and getting on your soapbox to claim you'll never let your kids play because of it is lame as hell
