One of the biggest moments of my career:
USCIS canceled my client’s naturalization oath ceremony. We filed a lawsuit, went to trial, and the judge swore him in right there in the courtroom!

Northwestern District Attorney David Sullivan's office has now spent at least $16,870.84 on private legal counsel to fight my police transparency lawsuit, according to updated billing records.

That figure, current as of December 2, doesn't reflect charges for the oral arguments.

Ahmed al Ahmed, the man who tackled one of the Bondi killers, became an Australian citizen 3 years ago.

His deed was "his way of conveying his gratitude for staying in Australia, for being granted citizenship."

He took 5 bullets, and fears he'll lose his left arm.

Rob Reiner was working on a 10-13 episode project about the relationship between Vladimir Putin and Donald Trump. The project would cover the leaders' childhoods up until the point where their lives cross. He is calling it: The Spy and the Asset.

Don't mistake incompetence for accident. The degradation of your social media feed, the collapse of your news, the defunding of your school—it is all functional.

Now look at CBS. Installing Bari Weiss to run a news division isn’t a "pivot to the center." It is a deliberate hollowing out.

Take a legacy institution, gut its standards, wear its skin like a suit. They don’t want CBS's credibility; they want to destroy the idea that credible news exists at all.

4% of the US population is 13.8 million. Also most estimates of Obamacare users are at least double that.

The ACA isn't just "health care for people who don't have a conventional employer." It also disallows something that was incredibly common 20 years ago, which I fear is getting lost to generational memory: insurance companies could deny you health care for essentially any previous health problem.
I'm dubious about Amazon's commitment to keeping pre-existing conditions a thing of the past.

This is fucking grim. Somebody invented a white guy, an "IT professional" named Edward Crabtree, who stopped the Bondi shooting and spread it all over the internet, which was picked up by AI agents and slop aggregation sites.

The real hero is a fruit stand owner named Ahmed el Ahmed.
