There are some great Ricky Jay clips on YouTube. Sometimes I'll pull one up that I've already seen ten times and still go "whaaaaaat?"
We live down the block from The Magic Lounge in Chicago, and their shows are consistently packed, re regardless of the day of the week, time of year, or the weather.

People freakin' love sleight-of-hand.
I hope whoever they sell the jewels to pays them in a sack with a big "€" sign on the side.
I hate that chicken!

I'm hesitant to watch the whole movie again, but in 1994, I remember dismissing it as a lame attempt to recapture the magic of "Bram Stoker's Dracula," right down to the title.
DeNiro's creature has a solid monologue questioning how his unnatural origins have led to his unnatural sense of self, & it's OK that the doctor doesn't have answers, but Branagh's direction betrays that he has no idea how to address those questions either.

(still love his Hamlet and Much Ado tho)
Good dog, Fisher!
Larson's sensibilities have become so woven into the fabric of cartooning over the past 35 years that his new work has an almost quaint quality, but that doesn't make it any less welcome. And no one can match the amount of personality he gives his characters with so few lines (both drawn or spoken.)
What finally happened?
For god's sake, what's the dog's name!?!?

somewhere in portland, there's one person, or a small handful of people, who came up with the inflatable costume idea, and I feel like they deserve our immense respect for defining the obvious developing aesthetic of the contemporary battle against fascism
I should have linked it, apologies
I dunno, that video edit of The Passion of the Christ was a solid contender

Organizers say they believe more than 100,000 people filled Grant Park but that number doesn’t include those who didn’t make it into the park before the march started

As of 3:15 p.m, CPD reported there were no major incidents from the march or rally.

folks can complain about the effectiveness of scheduled orderly mass protest but to think about it another way its the closest thing we have to the opening scene of A Muppet Christmas Carol where all the muppets sing "there goes Mr. Dipshit, there goes Mr. Ass" to Scrooge and it clearly bothered him
