This presidential “pardon,” as it’s for a state crime, is the equivalent of digital toilet paper, only flimsier and serving a less useful purpose.

Here is a true story.

During Trump’s first term, The Post got a tip that his doctor — the guy with the long hair who signed that first “healthiest guy ever” letter — wanted to spill the beans. He lived in Westchester, up near where I lived at the time. So I was tasked with talking to him. 1/

ICE DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING.

Sick of seeing this reposted by people who should know better.

Also I really really hate feeling like I have to defend ICE.

The closest you get is ICE acting Director Todd Lyons telling Fox Digital he “applauds” the archdiocese for telling the parish to remove it.
ICE’s acting director ordered a Boston Catholic parish to tear down its Advent Nativity scene—stripped of baby Jesus and branded with the message “ICE WAS HERE.” The parish priest is refusing, citing he pope’s call to stand with migrants. It's another chapter in Kristi Noem's war on Christians.
“ICE Was Here”: Pope Leo-Inspired Nativity Scene Sparks MAGA Outrage
A Nativity scene missing Jesus — and marked with an “ICE was here” sign — has triggered cries of “politicizing Christmas.” The parish priest says he’s answering Pope Leo's call to welcome stranger.

There has been no debate here among constitutional scholars, historians, political scientists, anyone with a pulse really.

Any telling you that this very straightforward point, one that has been universally accepted for a century and a half, is now an "abstruse" issue is just a liar and a hack.
Anyone who knows this history should know there’s no contested issue.

Why does the press give him a pass?

Makes me sad.

On tonight’s #Dateline Fontana PD police detectives inflicted psychological torture on Tom Perez, telling him his father was dead, he did it and would be imprisoned for life, and his dog would be euthanized. None of it was true. @joshmankiewicz.bsky.social
Jan. 6 insurrectionist and former police chief Alan Hostetter began his career in Fontana CA, a KKK stronghold. Important investigation of the intense white supremacy of that police department

Fed agents have broad authority to enforce federal laws, but they must do so lawfully

I’ve seen reports they do the same thing in California. Please send them a cease and desist letter, @agrobbonta.oag.ca.gov
Apparently in 2025, even the government’s most aggressive law-and-order agency needs a refresher on… the law. Illinois officials had to send ICE a cease-and-desist letter yes, an actual “stop breaking the law, please” note because agents were allegedly swapping license plates on rental cars
Illinois officials warn rental car companies that it is illegal for immigration agents to swap license plates
The secretary of state sent a cease and desist letter to ICE head Todd Lyons, citing “multiple reports of federal ICE agents illegally swapping out the license plates displayed on vehicles.”

Reminder that Starbucks’ CEO made 6,666x more than the company's median employee in 2024.

This was the widest CEO-to-Worker pay gap in the entire S&P 500.

And we're supposed to believe Starbucks can't afford to bargain a fair contract with its unionized workers?

Biden and Garland’s biggest mistake was failing to hold those responsible for all the crimes and corruption we saw from 2015 to 2021 accountable.

The next Democratic President can’t repeat this. We need a special counsel appointed on day 1 — and tribunals setup to judge war criminals.
