I'm housed now, but not because of any assistance program. Just lucky, and friends.

But for many others with long COVID, their housing instability journey is just beginning.

I once asked a bookseller at a large indie store how many people would have to buy a book for it to get the attention of the store buyer and cause an additional order and they said: Three.
I see some book piracy discourse, and, to make a positive argument in favor of buying books, your marginal ability to influence what books get published and support the careers of writers you like is massive compared to most other forms of media.

Sobering read: it's no longer how do we prevent or slow it down -- it's how do we deal with this reality.

Important piece on how we got here.

Brownstone raised millions to undermine COVID prevention policies.

Now at least 8 people with ties to Brownstone hold senior positions at federal health agencies, where they are restricting vaccines and cutting science funding.

This is fucking disgusting.

This platform & a few others has just been finding ways to violently bully or shame the sex workers who enriched them for as long as I can recall.

Just more modern day plantation owners.

Oh crap. There was a BA.3.2 in California last week.

It's GBW and 'environmental', so presumably from plane waste.

Had you heard about it? Did they miss it? It was only 5% of the sample, but very clear.

I have books to write and people to take care of. I don’t have time to get Covid or a cold!

And a good morning fuck you too, Markwayne. I'm disabled because your boy Donnie decided to do his own research on COVID. Yay, bleach!
Markwayne Mullin: "Reward people for being healthy. Think about this. Healthcare is the only industry that you're not rewarded for taking care of your responsibility. If you think about homeowners insurance, if you're within 500 feet of a fire hydrant, your insurance goes down."

- Settle a lawsuit
- Buy his cryptocurrency
- Donate to his election fund/ballroom/etc.
- Make trade concessions
- Or, just give him a fucking gold bar

Keep in mind that there is a lot of illegitimate traffic here and elsewhere when we’ve had a big win.

Today the Epstein Files Transparency Act passed the Senate unanimously and the House with but one down vote.

Texas maps also got thrown out.

Don’t fall for the naysaying.
