These “detention centers” will quickly morph into concentration camps to lock up anyone whom the Trump administration considers an enemy, a critic, and eventually even a supporter who is not sufficiently supportive. Judicial process will no longer be necessary. ICE brute force will replace the law.
ICE has now spent over half a BILLION dollars just on purchasing warehouses around the country to convert into detention camps.

If these mega-camps are utilized to the full capacity ICE intends, they'll be the largest prisons in the country, with little real oversight. www.ajc.com/politics/202...

STOP BEING REASONABLE WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE BUILDING CONCENTRATION CAMPS, TORTURING CHILDREN, ENGAGING IN DOMESTIC STATE TERRORISM, AND COMMITTING MURDER
Our DHS reform demands are exceedingly reasonable.

We're asking ICE to do nothing more than follow the standards that the vast majority of law enforcement agencies already follow.

Republicans, the ball is in your court. The clock is ticking.

Y’all really shocked that a Bay Area girl whose dad fled political persecution in China, a queer girl from Texas, and a Philly Italian-American girl aren’t here for this bs? They represent the best of us!
I am extremely proud of America's Olympians for speaking out against this regime. And for these ladies doing their own thing shamelessly.

Trump publicly called one Olympian a loser for speaking out. None of them spoke against the nation; Just shameless abusive leaders

kind of funny that an olympian said they are here to represent "compassion, respect, and love for others" and some people automatically knew that was a statement against them

It’s so heavy when you are going to get groceries and you find a car sitting with its windows broken out and it’s empty but still running and someone’s stuffed animals or pictures or papers are just laying all over the road. I have personally seen at least five of these in the last three days alone
ICE's decision to just leave cars abandoned in the roads is one of those dystopian things that makes you recoil in shock when you encounter it.
A legal asylum-seeker who works at Chipotle and plays music at a church in Maine went missing. His pastor searched and searched, eventually finding his abandoned car with the keys on the floor.

ICE grabbed him. No criminal record. No explanation.

This is why the Dems' calls for body cams and de-escalation training totally miss the point:

ICE agents are doing exactly what they were hired for - they're selected BECAUSE they're violent racists

They're told - and now shown - they have immunity

We can't reform our way out of this, abolish ICE
The Trump administration is increasingly using white nationalist and neo-Nazi messaging as part of its ICE recruitment push.
