I’m sorry you are hurting so much, and you deserve pain management!

I’ve had trouble getting to a pain management clinic here in CA, and docs just refer there instead of giving pain meds. I take otc NSAIDs, but I would not survive without my THC edibles access.

Big same! I miss tomato sauce! I still have vinegar in things like ranch a little, but I can’t have salt and vinegar chips 😭. But I’ve managed pizza ok because homemade pizza means using pesto based sauces works just fine.

Greed is a bottomless pit! And electricity and water should be free as we need them for survival at this point (heat can literally kill me as a disabled person). Electricity is set up this way because Edison wanted money.

I completely understand. My family has always had a lot, too.

With the mouth sores, I have to avoid tomatoes and also vinegar >.<. I was having nose and ear sores more when I wasn’t immunesuppressed.

If you had Covid, there’s a big chance it’s what exacerbated your conditions unfortunately. It makes autoimmune things worse.

I genuinely hope you don’t have it! When I got hospitalized for my undiagnosed Lupus, I had barely been eating for months. Got put on huge steroid doses, and I was able to eat again! My MCAS didn’t start getting pissed til I dropped to 20 mg/day of prednisone (I’m still on 4 mg now).

I’ve had so many of those symptoms! My urticaria (the giant hives!) stopped when I started taking the H1 antihistamine every day. I have daily migraines with aura, the cold hands and feet (Raynaud’s), and mouth sores sometimes (mainly from Lupus). I’m sorry you go through so much, too!

These are two of my joys, my Falkor and my Peachybean. I also have a lovely joy of a girlfriend 🥰.

My cuddly Falkor, a cream colored Ragamuffin cat with flamepoint markings on his face and ears. He has a pink nose and is curled up on blankets. He looks extremely soft. I often call him Mr. Cloud.

My Peachybean, a little pale orange cat with white cheeks and whiskers and a pink nose. She is loafed in bed on blue blankets except for her tail, which is out behind her. She only does this near me after kneading in the bed like she is making biscuits.

In my country, it’s definitely been fueled by Christian extremists who think us disabled folx are being punished by God for something and don’t actually deserve help. And the capitalists can’t profit off of us who can’t work, so they want us disposed of.

I was not, to my knowledge (yet), born with disabilities.

My migraines became daily at 25.5.

My MCAS hit at 28.5.

Combined with undiagnosed Lupus, the MCAS nearly killed me. My Lupus was diagnosed a few weeks after I turned 29 when I got hospitalized.

Nurses said I was so young.

I need ppl to understand that it doesn’t matter if you were born with one or not; you WILL become disabled at some point in your lifetime. Be it age, accident, genetics, etc. Mental or physical. It WILL happen. We won’t be able-bodied forever.

Helping disabled folks helps EVERYONE!
