It's enough to know that those Heights have been Wuthered.
Thoroughly.

"Flowered language" lol
Bluesky "leftist": "Frederick Douglass wasn't literate enough to read and understand the Constitution. I am very smart and woke."

Doing great folks, just great.

Also you need a capo to play Wonderwall correctly so that's another layer

This also already just happened to them when they tried to make everyone love and worship Their Special Dead Boy and it just accelerated his journey to infamy and ridicule.
Learn a lesson, maybe? Actually, maybe better for everyone if they don't.
True but I think the reality goes further: their aggressive attempt to force the US and the world to accept him as a righteous and valiant martyr exposed him as a hateful hack demagogue even faster and has made him not forgotten but remembered as an object of derision and ridicule. Solid work!
Remember when Charlie Kirk got shot and the right was like "THIS IS CIVIL WAR!" and three weeks later he was completely forgotten about? That's going to be most all the rest of these assholes too

You can also tell that they all hate their children and spend little quality time with them because if they had they'd understand this very fundamental psychological principle much better.

This goes beyond wrestling fans and I've posted this but it's such a dullwitted approach by conservative power to try to coerce Americans out of expressing contrary opinions after they've trained them with propaganda for years to express opinions specifically because power tries to suppress them.
Beginning to think the people in charge don’t understand how wrestling fans work
Hmmm. Louder then.

Also to facilitate brainwashing and to prevent exposure to any experiences or thoughts that challenge insular community imperatives, this is why Evangelicals go hard for it

I'm always posting this but the people who are always posting that anyone who believes the lying lamestream media are mindless easily-duped sheeple are always posting bogus info from obvious grifting liars like mindless easily-duped sheeple.
It's remarkable how often the loudest people complaining that journalists are liars and biased are also the first people to share whatever random bullshit pops up in their social media feeds when there is a mass shooting or terrorist attack

In dire need of carrot. Absolutely carrotless. No carrots to be found for love or money. Their kingdom for a carrot. Ten thousand sticks when all you need is a carrot.
The challenge for fascism is not when it is fighting for control but when it gains control: because then it has to create a cultural product that people are consistently happy with. And, well, just look at the Turning Point USA Super Bowl show or that Match of The Day they had without commentators.

Racism, like pee, is stored in the balls.
“There’s not a racist bone in my body” - someone whose bones, upon close examination, are in fact all racist

Eating with your hands is now mandatory. Hot dog carts, burger joints, NY slices, a nightmare.

Probably some hockey player, though a guy from my grad class did win the Amazing Race Canada.
I'm higher on the list than I should be considering I'm nobody.
Who's the most famous alum of your high school?

Bullworth (1998)
Josie and the Pussycats (2001)
Napoleon Dynamite (2004)
In Bruges (2008)
Have asked this before and always like the responses. What are your biggest “I saw that in the first run cinema” flexes? Couple of mine:

Transformers: The Movie (1986)
Batman: Mask of the Phantasm (1993)
Office Space (1999)

As I was saying, there's an underlying assumption of "unfamiliar and foreign = bad" that can presage ideological commitments, could be a chicken or the egg thing also
Both these options sound objectively amazing, why do racists keep assuming everyone's racist?

Arrest, detainment, and finally extermination of disfavoured and scapegoated minorities is the logical extreme of conservative politics.
Conservatives will decide of their own accord if they draw the line before that but it's where their beliefs will lead if followed to their conclusions.

Oh, I fully expect these concentration camps to be the most shocking and horrific element of the Trump regime. We haven't glimpsed a fraction of it yet. It will be worse than anyone has imagined, a true historic blight on American conservatism that must be pinned to their lapels forever.
pretty obvious at this point that the conditions in the MAGA camps are considerably worse than Japanese internment
"A modern-day concentration camp ... People have been killed by the staff here." Irish citizen Seamus Culleton has been in ICE detention since September, despite having a valid work permit and his own business in the US.

One of my theories is that many Republican voters lie to the media in polls and focus groups because they voted for Trump for The Bad Reasons but know they can't openly admit it so they come up with cover reasons that don't make sense or don't hold together or are just received talking points

Always hard for me to pick one out, there's many, they're usually from the movie (which doesn't have the highest esteem from MSTies), and they're *very* situational.

"Hello, voice."
Whenever some digital or automated vocal whatever cheerily greets me.
Does anyone else have an MST3K line they use regularly, even if it makes no sense out of context?

Because I have both "That'll keep your panfish down for a while." and "Come come, boys, we must confound Jerry at every turn!" from MST3K the movie alone.

As I said.
Obviously there are much, much deeper mental deficiencies in play in Loomer's case but still.
Is there some sort of award for perfectly missing the point?
