This GIMP tutorial and tips website is really coming in handy. It's been great as I slowly switch my workflow from Photoshop CS6. (October is my hard deadline for getting off Windows, unless Windows 10 receives another EoL extension.)

Finished season 1 of My Hero Academia: Vigilantes. I was impressed. Really loved the intro! It was also nice to see some of the pro heroes from the original series.

Oh boy. Moving 7 or so inches of snow isn't fun, especially when it has a crust of ice on top. Big yikes to the areas further north of us that got a foot or more of snow, and to the south that got ice. The city has yet to plow our street, and I'm not even attempting it in a Civic. No work tonight.

The NYT can't be bothered to mention to readers that the new TikTok owners have a long history of not just repeated privacy violations, but overt support for anti-democratic right wing extremism. Just isn't of interest to the authors.
