One of the neighbours, or someone nearby, just yelled
BISCUITS FOR THE BISCUIT GOD
and then silence. No other shouting, no other sound.
Wondering if there is some local branch or sect or group of pagans I am completely unaware of, what their rituals are, and whether I should apply to join.

I've been listening to this as the train pulls through darkened Sussex, the sun rising to reveal London suburbs drenched with fog, red lights on high-rise blocks visible in the distance. It's the perfect soundtrack for that kind of thing. A gorgeous piece of music.
