This is just one of the many projects backed by the European Investment Bank (EIB). The UK doesn't have this kind of help anymore because of Brexit.

January 6 was like a much dumber version of Hitler’s Beer Hall Putsch and yet a plurality of American voters were like, Yeah, let’s give that guy the nuke codes again. An absolutely world historical debacle of societal ignorance. I’ll never understand it.

Keir Starmer's Labour now also refusing to investigate Russian interference in Brexit

And also spinning the lie that there was no foreign interference, even though the Russia Report showed that the government didn't look for foreign interference

Labour just as disgusting as the Conservatives

I am not a Scot but married to a Scot. It makes me sick to see the way the success made by the Scottish government with a budget set by the English in Westminster is virtually never recognised especially in MSM. I not saying everything is perfect, but so much is a lot better than in England.

Most people think that economics is about money, that government spending is constrained by tax, and that public services must always come second to “balancing the books”. All of that is wrong.

Unemployment statistics NOT reported by BBC/ITV or SkyNews

Wales - 6.1%
England - 5.2%
Scotland - 3.8%
This is achieved despite many economic levers being reserved to Westminster & denied to Holyrood
Now do you understand why they don't want to see us as a success story within this despotic union?

Seems Russian pressure on Google has paid off, and they no longer identify Crimea as part of Ukraine.

What a huge disappointment Google has turned out to be, in so many ways.

If true, the implication is that Scottish students will again be able to study elsewhere in Europe fee-free, as they do at home. And EU students would study fee-free here.

Rejoining Erasmus has been a call from our Government since being forced out of the EU.

Ratcliffe is simply a corporation benefit scrounger. Taking Government money to bail him out either shows the plant is unprofitable or that Ratcliffe is making egregious profit from taxpayers. The plant should be taken into Public Ownership to save all jobs and any profit used for reinvestment.
Jim Ratcliffe’s company Ineos gets £120m govt subsidy to help save the UK’s last ethylene plant at Grangemouth.

Ratcliffe is worth $14.7bn (£11bn). Can he not invest? Will he be back for more?

Govt is not taking any equity stake. £120m is not repayable.

I was calling for this after the EU referendum back in 2016

Why is the government afraid to seek evidence of Putin's involvement then?

The nexus of UKIP/Brexit/Reform and Putin is not a coincidence
