The reason is that congressional districts are so gerrymandered now that the outcomes of voting are essentially predetermined. But Dems winning Dem seats will not be at all controversial, and claiming Dems flipped GOP seats (as they will) through fraud requires the complicity of GOP-run districts.

Trump and Johnson can't nationalize elections, nor can Trump cancel them. What they are signaling is that they will try to repeat the 2020 "stop the steal" routine in Nov. and that Congress is on board.
But "election fraud" won't work for congressional voting the way it can for a statewide race.
