Seeing a few people too many that leave prematurely without communicating properly or got too loud about not trying to be around anymore, only to come back reapplying later. And those applications get set aside yall. Food for thought. Don’t burn your bridges or go squashing connections.
If you leave a job while they are in the middle of training you or while you are still on probation: make sure you have a conversation with mgmt before you leave about whether it’s ok to come back or reapply again, if it doesn’t work out wherever you left them for.
