we all got cowed into avoiding "virtue signaling" as if the public affirmation of socially agreed upon ethical principles was somehow cringey instead of a significant part of what a "society" even is. now all there's left is vice signaling, and it's reshaping society.

IMO a bit of ‘state nannying’ of our kids is part of the social contract. My teen got kicked off social media yesterday; today she got approved for an NDIS package for several thousand $.

I sort of wish y'all took this more seriously, because this attitude is a reinforcement of heterosexuality as a hierarchy. It's an acknowledgement and understanding that it's not enough to "be with" a woman, or even to father children.

Adriana was a nurse. She went to ER for severe headaches & they sent her home
She was brain dead the next day
They turned her into an incubator to gestate a 9 week old fetus. Chance is still hospitalized.
