1# chicken, flattened
1 cube boullion in 2 cups boiling water
3 tbsp butter
½ c. seasoned flour

Dredge chicken in seasoned flour, then fry in 4 tbsp EVOO, 5 mins a side. Set aside.

In pan with chicken fat add boullion&butter; Reduce 5m.

Cover. Fry for 2 minutes per side.

Serve over mac & cheese.
