It's very sweet to protect each other.

A well-fitted mask can keep others safe from many airborne illnesses including Covid, flu, RSV, strep, measles, and tuberculosis.

If anyone is going to post about what happened at Tumbler Ridge, BC, you had better be calling it a mass shooting AND FEMICIDE.

Femicide = the deliberate killing of women and girls, including by family members

My experience working on a research project on youth mental health for 2 years taught me that mental health for youth in canada is broken.

And trans and queer youth were vastly over-represented.

This is murder, and we need to call it what it is: a choice to let people die rather than admit their errors.

If you need any more proof of just how evil and self-serving IPAC-MAHA is, compare what they are doing with the requirements of the national workplace safety standard.

I'll wait.

The risks of SARS-CoV-2 and other airborne pathogens can be severe, but the media continues to stigmatize Olympians taking precautions as "worried" and "extreme". We know #LongCOVID can affect anyone, even elite athletes.

Welcome to the COVID era, where public health and infection control leaders take credit for the wins (mostly vaccines, which they had very little to do with) and bury the bodies (mostly preventable if they'd check their egos at the door long enough to learn about aerosols from the experts).

This is a revealing thread and is a common reaction in healthcare heavily facilitated by dogma in infection control. You’ll note they begin first by educating a layperson on post surgical site infection, something that is only a subsection of hospital acquired infections. 1

Despite my best efforts I caught covid in sept 2023, either outdoors or in my doctors office, and it definitely took at least 6 weeks to recover from the autonomic dysfunction.

And about 9 months to recover from the histamine intolerance.

People might be confused by my post, so let me clarify.

The ndp is in support of remote work, isn't that a good thing?

The problem is they are framing in terms of "productivity". What's wrong with that?

Forcing people to work in office and breathe shared air increases their risk of getting covid, and in turn becoming disabled or dying.

But it appears Avi Lewis doesn’t give a s*** about that fact.

Which seems comical, but what's even worse is that while our chief public health officer said this she had no data to back her up.
