Mostly into legal stuff. Do good and be kind.
Man that’s wild. Someone can just do normal things but on the internet and if they’re not garbage grifters it’s just ok? The kids may, in fact, be ok.
Hey I posted about this on the other app but wanted to do so here, too.

In short: I said yes without doing an ounce of vetting, and that's 100% on me. Thought it was just a normal marketing gig and I'm incredibly embarrassed about the whole thing. A colossal fuck-up on my part.
Mina, please help us understand the solitaire situation. I think most fans are concerned about its origins. I ask respectfully. Best wishes.

Man I’m glad to hear someone else say this. I listened with real interest (even relistened to parts thinking I was missing something). I could not identify one coherent argument beyond “woke is bad.” It’s a Wheaton freshman dorm conversation that made them feel smart and made everyone else dumber.
Ok I listened to whole thing to be fair. Conclusions:

1. Lightweight guests with jazz hands insights who style themselves to be bold tellers of truth and are simply reductive nincompoops.

Brilliant. Should be a model everywhere
I've seen this go by a few times on TikTok now and I have to say, I love this idea. We need a way to convince people to keep running even if they don't win, maybe building the loss into it as a troll move is the secret.

"'They’re spending more money than I would even tax them,' [Mamdani] said in an interview with MSNBC last week."

This is the message. Make it clear that these billionaires aren't just worried about losing money. They're worried about losing the ability to exchange their money for power.

This times infinity. Except it should apply in every single political message and issue. Dems want people to flourish and be as free as possible until you hurt someone else.
i’d also say that the GOP’s obsession with this gives candidates an opportunity to articulate and stand up for their values. “i refuse to make anyone feel like they don’t belong in my [state/city/community]. and i want everyone to live the best life they can achieve [insert policy slogan]”
I am taking particular pleasure in the complete collapse of trans-as-unbeatable-wedge-issue narrative this morning. It might be an 80-20 issue in voters minds, but it has to be on voters minds to matter. The results in VA demonstrate that it is very much not on voters minds.

WOW. 81% of women 18-29 voted for Mamdani, 80% for Sherril, and 78% for Spanberger.

Gen Z women aren't playing around.

Looks like the Dems will pick up 12 seats in the VA House of Delegates, which will go from 51-49 to 63-37 D-R. That's an honestly shocking result.

Under the program all families, regardless of income, can get their child care fees covered.
