Star Trek: The Motion Picture was released 46 years ago today.
This film is truly unique within this franchise. I understand that it may not be the most accessible, but I love its tension, mystery, atmosphere, and curiosity.

Putting the Bill to one side (as deeply flawed as it is) its very funny Starmer pledged to abolish the Lords in his first term and then, like with all his pledges, binned them.

I find it weird that anyone would listen to Rory Stewart on anything, but especially economic policy given his support for austerity economics and the outcome of that being a tanked economy *and* hundreds of thousands of dead people

When I first became a fan and mum found out she went all in. She would get me blank tapes so I could record and would take me to blockbusters every month and get me the latest VHS (could take up to a year for new eps to come to the BBC
