The best type of outreach messages I've gotten from indie devs usually go like this:

"Hi I'm (person/studio) developing (name of game, brief description, link to itch or steam page) and am looking for streamers to play/playtest my game. If you're interested, I can give you a key. Thanks!"

Streamers do get this A TON. And if you're looking for a(n) ______ (artists are a common one) you can expect a lot of DMs.

I also have DMs open to all, in case an indie dev wants to reach out (has happened; I did stream/chexk out their game)
