Now now, that's a bit crude.

The correct choice is to write a polite note on their car explaining the inconvenience they are causing other people.

With a rock.
fuck indeed, but also we are doomed as a species
does it also explain the shared braincell?

What a deal.
My @smh @theage cartoon.
Capitalism is just *diversified* feudalism.

Instead of aristos exploiting all the peasants on their one contiguous chunk of land, they get to exploit a little slice of millions of peasants from all over the place.

Less risk, no duty of care.
by the status symbols, and y'all fucking lapped it up.

be better ffs.
and now they're crying because people forced to live on the three food groups - beige, brown and glop - assume that their product is made of the same stuff because that's literally all they recognise.

and then they commission a beat-up ragebait article to blame the poor for not being impressed 4/
a picture of wood on their plastic packaging will somehow fix the raft of social issues caused by poverty that isn't at all helped by the wealth they're hoarding... really fucking shit me.

They have literally priced people out of people even recognizing the branding prestige they rely on 3/
cook like a storybook cottage mouse.

A whole lot of people live on ultra-processed foods because it's all they can realistically manage to buy, store and prepare, and because they don't know enough about the alternatives even if they had the option.

fucking rich people deciding that putting 2/
aaaaand before everyone goes full-boomer, let's all take a break and think about the effects of poverty on education and (realistic, affordable) access to from-scratch cooking.

Not everyone has the time, energy, storage, refrigeration, equipment, education and/or experience to 1/
Robbing it the next day anyway would be fucking hilarious

i mean they'd never expect it
I'm pretty sure my sense of smell is far less acute than it used to be, post-covid. A lot of it came back, but subtler things seem to be missing.

Heh, like getting halfway through an RPG you were invested in, but suddenly the immersion breaks, you realise you're playing the engine rather than the game, and all you can see is shitty radiant quests
Sometimes it seems like I just go to work to pay the rent so I can go to work to pay the rent, with little breaks to keep it sustainable so I can keep going to work to pay the rent.

The prospect of just not doing that is supposed to be a gut punch, but sometimes it's just ehh.

Can relate?
I don't think it's Actually Depression (tm) and I'm not at risk of anything, but if you told me I just wasn't going to wake up tomorrow, it would t particularly bother me, except wrt how it would impact my family.

Also, they want to make content. And that means they are going to take the worst stuff people say in response to them (this being the internet, some of which might be quite bad) and splash it across the official comms organs of every major federal law enforcement agency. So take that into mind.
The reason they're coming after this place is because they can't control the people on it and it drives them nuts.
but then some arsehole scream-laughs every 8-15 seconds, and it's like getting shoved, throwing all the pieces off the board again.

so no thankyou please, I don't want to go to the party. If people need to use their outside voices to talk over each other, I can't function in that environment.
Not only is it overwhelming and distressing, it's also fucking boring - I can't even be alone with my own thoughts because the place where words come from just fills up with gibberish.

If I put my head down and *really* concentrate, I can lock into maybe 30% of what one person is saying
