Movie Theaters should offer discounted day-of tickets but only if you purchase them at the theater.

Makes it easier to fill otherwise empty seats.

Makes movies more affordable and encourages spontaneity.

Even if the film you came to see is full, you’re more likely watch another movie instead.

The federal government’s ability to counter cyberespionage, destructive hacks and organized criminal scams is declining under the Trump administration just as artificial intelligence supercharges those threats.
The U.S. has been cutting cyber defenses as AI boosts attacks
While artificial intelligence powers the offense, defense guidance is spotty and fewer officials are in a position to help fend off hackers and spies.

To put a finer point on this whole thing: "Two people with direct knowledge of the operation" — presumably uniformed military leaders — are accusing the U.S. Secretary of Defense of personally ordering specific war crimes. That's a historic accusation.
Textbook war crime/extrajudicial killing

"Two survivors were clinging to the smoldering wreck. The Special Operations commander overseeing the Sept. 2 attack ... ordered a second strike to comply with Hegseth’s instructions."

This also goes for your Substack, your pitch deck, all the places where you’re just using a little bit of harmless or supposedly temporary generative A.I.
Why do you feel entitled to imagery generated by computers that are plagiarizing the work of illustrators in order to make your point, over stock imagery, clip art, original work, or just text treatment

Is what you say so important that the work of others is just free fuel for you

As I said to Onion members:

"We’re an independent company, we don’t use AI to write headlines and make art, and we’re one of roughly three publications who are up for the fight. Unlike other places, The Onion is quadrupling down on being a pain in the ass, politically."

So help out! Grab a paper.

Here's a note I sent to our members about what we did with their money, and why we expect the Onion to outgrow the Washington Post.

We keep doing weird, hard shit — taunting ICE, yelling at Congress for not taunting ICE, buying bad websites — when nobody else does.

Our members keep getting papers.

This whole thing is racist, but take particular note of the threat of denaturalization. That's stripping people of their citizenship, and that's the road to mass murder and atrocity.
