Plyler v Doe (1982) is still law, though many states have been pushing cases so they can get SCOTUS to strike down another precedent. Looks like RFK Jr wants in on that action, too.

So many districts & states rushed into requiring coding courses for kids because that was the future. Except it’s no longer the future, and we’re rushing heading into this new future.
Our past is littered with so many discarded futures.
