I swear, Ellison and the way he speaks is THE core argument as to why anti-trust enforcement has to be pushed far back from the current status quo.
Like, just saying the quiet part out loud like this (and y'know, getting the Saudis involved) should get you kicked out the room right then and there.

Is there really no money among all the GOOD people in the biz to start up a new United Artists - or better yet, multiple of them - to make entertainment companies actual *entertainment* companies again and not a shareholder vessel? It'd be so much easier to move on from corporate Hollywood for good.
