Crockett: "The US is falling apart, partially bc he's allowing for killings in the street, but also bc we have a 34 count convicted felon being shielded from any type of accountability as it relates to a child sex trafficking ring. I don't understand why we're pretending any of this is normal."

Donald Trump is:

- Openly racist
- Covering up evidence he may have sexually abused children
- Directly responsible for the murder of US citizens by masked agents of the state
- Openly looting the treasury and taking bribes from foreign leaders
- Polling at 38% amongst the American people

I wonder how many people think of LLMs like this, as tools to help you achieve goals. Having skills to write plans to do coordinated crate upgrades is not the most common of an LLM, but the combination of determinism (the code has to build) and non-determinism (lots of local quirks) works well

Q: Can you be specific about how many ICE and CBP agents are currently operating in the state?

HOMAN: 3,000. There's been some rotations. They've been in theater a long time. Day after day, can't eat in restaurants, people spin on you, blowing whistles at you. But my main focus now is draw down

i can confirm the chats I’m in which include renowned security specialists - people who actually advise on how to protect your comms from authoritarian dictators for a living - also think this outburst of paranoia about Signal is really weird and unwarranted

As someone who’s been trying to get people to switch to Signal since 2017, I think the fact that Signal (and thus genuinely pretty good encrypted comms) has gone totally mainstream this year among people fighting for democracy is a REALLY amazing achievement.

It's easy to get inured to this. But it's genuinely shocking. These are just untrained, hyped up hooligans terrorizing people.
A retired Minneapolis couple who had guns pointed at them by ICE in a church parking lot.

"They were obviously not trained at all. I've known many police officers in my life. These people were right off the streets."

"They had the professional demeanor of criminals."
