update, it's still flowing but a water works cone appeared next to it today, so they trusted me enough to check it out 🥹
seen something the past two days that is definitely a water leak. so i reported it to the city, and then realized they're gonna close it without even looking, bc the timing makes it look like i'm some dumbass who doesn't understand snowmelt 😔
