Unlike the USA, Canada has only one source of federal funding for archives, the DHCP:

The Carney Liberal government just cut the DHCP permanently.
I can't even begin to say how disgusted and angry I am. There is NO OTHER SOURCE of program funding for archives.

Woke up with about 90% of my voice gone. It's fun to talk like Batman for a few minutes but it gets old real quick. Especially when the kids are doing something they shouldn't
