Municipalities point to Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management (RI DEM). RIDOT points to municipalities or RI DEM. RI DEM says it doesn’t plow state bike paths. The result?? Bike infrastructure is often left unplowed and untreated for days after it snows. Let them eat cake? 😭
