Iowa has introduced a head-bangingly idiotic bill that would mandate facial scans and IDs in order to access ISPs, cloud services, wireless services, search engines, cable and seemingly any other telecommunication that might traffic in "obscene" content.

Yet another trans woman who has been publicly demonised after doing nothing wrong.

It is about as holistic as giving someone counseling for diabetes instead of insulin. He is deliberately harming trans kids.

He disgusts me.

BREAKING: Trans people have been COMPLETELY ERASED from Government research on mortality compared to straight people. And they’re calling us LGB+ . Not T. +.

The study shows gay people are 1.3 times more likely to die earlier than straights. But trans deaths would send this figure higher.

DO SOMETHING. Your citizens are being brutalized by a hostile occupying force.

It is impossible to overstate the degree to which the entire national political media's coverage of the 2024 presidential campaign, especially once Harris won the nomination, was deeply, fundamentally, shamefully unserious about the stakes & the candidates.
I can still recall all the tut-tutting from the media when Harris made this argument.
Kamala Harris at her closing campaign rally:

"Donald Trump intends to use the United States Military against American citizens who simply disagree with him."

Meanwhile, Posie Parker is tweeting that women should stay at home while men work.

they didn’t leak it to make the shooter look innocent, but to make the victim look guilty. not guilty of a crime. guilty of having a visibly queer wife. guilty of liberalism. guilty of opposing the regime. they don’t seek to exonerate themselves, only to demonstrate who deserves to die.
In the video that the shooter took, which I believe was leaked to be exculpatory, he appears to yell “fucking bitch” after he shoots Renee Good.

No one is asking Wes Streeting to be a commentator.

Asking him to be a government minister when the whole world can see Trump breaking international law whilst threatening Greenland next, and the Cabinet (with Nigel Farage) seems perfectly fine with it.
Wes Streeting is asked if Trump has broken international law when it comes to Venezuela. Streeting says he's got nothing to add and he's not here to be a commentator.

I mean, which idiot thinks politicians should answer questions when they're being interviewed in a TV studio!
