I wasn’t naive enough to think only my VA was making changes for the worst, but I had hoped for better. I’m sad to see things are what they are.

There is no in person EMDR at my VA. Getting to EMDR AT ALL requires multiple
Hoops. And the referrals to the community for EMDR I have seen have been to virtual providers only. I’m not sure what the latter is about (contracts, I suppose), as there are a number of qualified providers locally.

The only way the destruction of the East Wing as a visual metaphor for the state of our country could be even more apt is if it looked like someone was pissing on the rubble.
