Jesus Christ: I upgraded to iOS 26 and the Apple idiots *ruined* Safari. They decided that tabbed browsing is *too advanced* for end users—so they deliberately hid it in favor of a minimalist “compact” toolbar. So now switching from one tab to another requires three different actions! My thumb hurts

I wasn’t exactly a fan of the Israeli occupation before the genocide, but seeing children reduced to shreds that could fit in plastic bags—as well the severed, blackened head of a toddler with a dazed grimace recording his terrible last seconds on earth—changed me forever.

Github used to be a pleasure to use. I think it’s because it stuck to the principle of progressive enhancement (plus no 3rd party JS dependencies except jQuery, which was eventually phased out). MS bought it, imposed webpack + React for frontend rendering, & now it’s slow/buggy. It even looks worse
