Alternate take if you are not a Trump toady like Judge Winebox: Performative militarization of a relatively safe city — extremely so around the White House — puts lives unnecessarily at risk. This avoidable tragedy all falls on the administration.

Here's the thing we all knew about Wicked but no one really wanted to acknowledge: All the banger songs are in Act 1, and Act 2 Is just a bunch of ham-fisted setups for gimmicky twist reveals. Its message is anti-fascist though, so it gets a pass from me.

I firmly believe that MeToo and these Epstein allegations makes political leaders nervous because so many have incidents of questionable consensuality in their background. Just ask Justice Gorsuch.
