NEW: Five years of social media history is only a fraction of what the US Government will shortly demand of overseas visitors.

The full requirements will end tourism in the United States.

Below is the full, mind-blowing list.

I know he's already quite busy with Advent & ministering to his flock, but this still makes me wonder if @revdaniel.bsky.social & Chester would make for a stylish addition to this list. Sort of Turner & Hooch, but holy & vaguely Muppet-ish. Not that I'm hoping for murder up north.
Clerical detectives may be a highly specific field, but it's one explored by Umberto Eco, Agatha Christie, and most recently Rian Johnson. @leahschnelbach.bsky.social presents an ironclad ranking of the holiest sleuths across genre!

It's critical we add to our knowledge about vaccine safety. Don't have access to the article, but in case it's not there, context is also important.

Risk of myocarditis among young men after COVID infection is 6 times higher than after 2 doses of mRNA vaccine.

How is that real? How is that it's real name?

Nope, that's an aquatic Muppet named Carl.
The Tasselled Wobbegong is a master of disguise that can eat a fish almost as big as itself in one gulp. It's classified as a shark, but when it lays on the sea floor it looks like a harmless rug if you manage to see it. But with powerful jaws and sharp teeth they are no fish to mess with.

TIL about a memorial ceremony in Iceland in 2019 to mark the end of a glacier, changing the place name from Okjökull to Ok (jökull = glacier). Uncompromising wording on the bronze plaque:

Delighted by this story of a rogue beaver in Norfolk. Particularly the line - At first he wondered whether “some small boy with an axe had somehow found his way into the woodland.” And the concept of ‘beaver bombing’.

The fact that four hostile drones tried to hit Zelenskyy’s plane & it’s barely a blip in the news cycle should terrify everyone. We’ve been dragged so deep into the chaos era that an attempted strike on a world leader doesn’t even break through. When this becomes normal, the world is in real danger.

This is a total stab in the dark for my #phillies fan friends out there.

Ages ago (15+ years) the Phils sold this Phanatic ornament. My brother and his family had one they loved, but lost along with everything else in the CA fires last year. I can't find one anywhere online.

Anyone have any leads?
