Ben "science isn't an exact science" Bradley, a Lego version of the Pub Landlord, who once had to apologise for suggesting the involuntary sterilisation of the poor, and said he was a fan of police violence.

Wow. They really are building a dream-team over at Reform.
Former Tory MP Ben Bradley has now defected to Reform. They really are taking all the worst people from the Boris era.

The Labour government are looking to support small businesses with sustainability efforts while also supporting the businesses with costs.

Examples include a trial of helping 600 hospitality businesses with free energy usage and assessments to reduce energy use - saving them £3m a year.

I suspect this article framing is a way to criticise the upcoming doctors' strikes.

The real cause for alarm for me is that the NHS is going into this winter stressed and stretched *yet again*.

We should have a health system that can cope much better with winter pressures and we just don’t. 7/8

I recently met with the Minister of State for care to discuss palliative and end of life care in Kirklees.

I know how important our incredible local hospices are to our community and I will continue to work alongside local colleagues to press the Government for sustainable support.

Just turned up for my flu vaccine at Boots to be told there is a national shortage and they’ve run out.

Very happy to wait until more vulnerable people have had theirs first, but bit concerning when public health messaging is to be vigilant for a bad flu wave this year.

I recently watched Jacinda Ardern on an interview urging people to not stop expecting good from politics but that’s exactly the opposite of the constant media messaging which is: if you expect good from politics, you’re stupid, naive and a fool. Be pragmatic, aka be hopeless.

As someone just months younger than Nigel Farage, I can say that not only is it untrue that ‘all’ schoolboys were obsessed with Hitler, but *none* of my cohort were. None. Nada. Zilch.
So we've gone from "he never said anything Nazi" to "well he might have said something Nazi but not in a hurtful way" to "well okay he probably did say something Nazi in a hurtful way, but didn't we all?"

Because of course Henry had got the full roll call from Dulwich College and of course Trevor Phillips couldn’t even be bothered to read the stories he’s writing about
On a purely factual point, Trevor Phillips’s column in the Times misrepresents our reporting in casting doubts on claims that there were more boys called Patel than Smith at Dulwich in 1980 (we did not report 1976 as the year it occurred). 1980 roll shows 13 Patels and 12 Smiths.

Trevor Phillips’ columns really need a fact checker. Prospect, with a budget rather smaller than the Times, would not have let me be this inaccurate.
