An important reminder from Neil. The Hugos should join other publications and organizations in always naming the translator whenever translated works are nominated or win. #NameTheTranslator
Please don't forget that some of these were eligible because they were translated into English in 2022. Since we give Hugos to the author and translator, that means translators were removed too.
