It's so important that we're all engaging in media that challenges us. It's not an immediate fix to bad habits, but there's a level of empathy you can strengthen when you're done with something and go "I didn't relate to that one bit, but that's why it's so important that I was told this story"

Indie animation and game development is here to stay because it MUST be. Otherwise soon enough there won’t exist a sector of the industry willing to tell or support the stories already starting to be snuffed out.

I'm not the biggest fan of this type of game genre, but my friends are super happy when I play these games with them, so it balances out whatever stupid obnoxious comments I want to make about em. Serve me up some more lethal companies, waiter!
