in the early aftermath of renee good’s murder some people decided to resurrect their gripe with ‘defund the police’ as a slogan and, with all the disrespect i can possibly muster, those people should be trebucheted at the moon
Defunding the police was always a good idea. The bipartisan rejection of it helped lead us to where we are now. Until we recognize its necessity, we will continue our downward spiral.
