Beyond words.

But I'll try anyway.

Somewhere on this planet is The Worst Human. It stands to reason one of us is The Worst One. Logically, somebody has to be.

And it's this cunt, isn't it.

The ultra-rich 0.001% control three times the wealth of the poorest half of humanity. Their wealth is also growing at a faster rate – with annual growth greater than the total wealth of the poorest 50%. Levels of inequality that are immoral and unsustainable.

About 56,000 people control three times as much wealth as half of humanity. Here’s one way to illustrate that

It’s really simple…

- Cap all political donations
- Ban foreign donations
- Strict conflict‑of‑interest & anti‑corruption laws with penalties
- No titles, honours or peerages for donors
- No govt contracts for donors
- Publish every donation/lobby meeting

…that’ll do it.

Shocking article in the Sheffield Tribune. A solicitor, Andrew Milne, buying up freeholds of houses and then making (false) threats to the leaseholders to bully them into buying the freehold at a huge premium.

Private Eye offers up an excellently scornful commentary on the relentless polling. It’s become ridiculous and has oversimplified our politics to dangerous levels of stupid and irresponsible.

This is great. It naturally follows that Musk can only get out of our politics if politicians and political journalists stop using the social media site he controls.
Strong words from Ed Miliband at the Labour Party Conference in Liverpool...

Labour: the Daily Mail is a "forrin" owned gutter press comic that will never ever say a single positive thing about anything the Labour Party does.

Ignore it, take the piss out of it, deplore it but never ever appease it.

Starmer clearly did not say this. He said it is wrong to strip the status of those told the UK is their permanent home - and added this policy was 'racist' when asked

Strong arguments from @liambyrnemp.bsky.social on how best to tackle the threat of Farage..
Do so where he’s weak:
The economy⚠️he’d do a Truss++
Workers’ rights⚠️he’s against them
Welfare⚠️he’d strip it away
NHS⚠️he’d dismantle it.
“Populists govern badly but campaign well”
So blow up their campaign.

Harsh words from No.10 aren't enough. Starmer needs to show some fight. Sanction Musk's hate engine "X"; police investigate inciting violence; tax Trump's tech bros.

Musk is trying to undermine UK democracy - he needs to be stopped.

The common sense meaning should make this Elon Musk's "rivers of blood" moment

Though I think he goes further than Enoch Powell in a couple of important ways
Elon Musk spoke by video to Tommy Robinson's anti-immigrant rally in the UK today.

"You're in a fundamental situation here where, whether you choose violence or not, violence is coming to you," said Musk. "You either fight back or you die."
