Mercy is good thing, whether dispensed by the current President or anyone else with pardon power. Forgiveness is part of healing. Now those who are pardoned often go on to get back in trouble with the law. Some folks are just crime prone. They have antisocial habits. Mercy is not a lifetime pass.
