For those of us who believe the Supreme Court is, at least in part, a political institution, its saving grace is that it moves the law only in increments, is reactive rather than proactive, and must give its reasons and be judged on them. A Court that doesn't do those things isn't worth having.

I will also add that people in Congress are not volunteers. They are being paid. They have health insurance. They have retirement. They have ONE JOB—to serve their constituents. And if they cannot figure out how to push back politically they don't deserve to be in office.

Ok sure, eggs are more expensive and inflation isn’t lowering, but at least they cut the funding for childhood cancer research, stopped monitoring Bird flu, shutdown Medicaid, stripped hungry kids of their school lunches and took hot meals away from seniors
