One last thought: if you are trans and over 21 and you need someone to talk to, my DMs are open. Even if you just want to rant. I will gladly listen and offer support.

I will always be there for us. Always. I love you. I love us so much.

Standing offer. Anytime.
To my MM loving sister: has someone told you the good news about sapphic romance?
I spoke to women (and one man) about what they find so hot about Heated Rivalry.

"The main reason I read MM is I just absolutely cannot stand reading or watching women suffer at the hands of men – in any way, big or small, anymore... We, as women, can just watch this and relax.”
Women are feral for Heated Rivalry. What does that say about men?
The explosive popularity of the gay hockey TV drama reveals women’s desire for sex and romance without violence or hierarchy

She lives exactly like I would live if I won the lottery. Was just talking the other day about the massive impact she had on Morgan and other HBCUs.

I tried with an open mind to read Nellie Bowles’ book. It’s atrociously bad. Rantings and suppositions of someone who spends way too much time on the internet and doesn’t know how to engage the world in good faith.
for what it's worth, Bari Weiss killed the 60 minutes piece more than three weeks ago. if she really thought the (finished) piece that leaked needed a couple of phone calls, it would have aired by now www.nytimes.com/2026/01/13/b...

Keeping it real as a Ravens fan: I think I can live with the pain of the Tyler Loop miss that allowed me to watch Houston suplex Aaron Rodgers into retirement. We would’ve lost anyway. This is way more fun.

i 100% support this statement and will never forgive legions of irony poisoned dweebs who have spent years hurling nebulous accusations of cringe at literally anything that isn’t wrapped in three layers of detachment.
I have a deep admiration for any art willing to embarrass itself because it feels too much.

Co-sign Mia’s whole thread.

If you’re questioning whether transition is right for you… many of us who are doing/have done it will not tell you “yes it is” (“only you can say for sure,” etc etc)

but I think *very few* of us will say “I wish I’d sat with that question longer.”

Ask about HRT today.
let me drop the bit and be serious. you may be seeing every trans girl you know here riffing on this image right now, and it's because the concept of Lost Time (TM) where we didn't know we were trans, or didn't know that we could transition, or didn't know how to do it safely BURNS in all of us
Five years: not great, not terrible.

Hopping off to read some incredibly corny sapphic romance. I don't care how unlikely, how twee, how the enemies should be more phobic and the MCs more internally misogynistic, nothing makes me happy right now like reading two women fall in love. Lesbians rule and our culture should reflect that.
not all that important of a topic in the grand scheme of things but honestly one of the reasons there isn’t a bigger market for lesbian media is how often lesbians write off said media as “being for the male gaze” by default without ever actually giving shit a try. god, it’s said ad nauseam

Moonlight. Chiron’s confession in the third act. You could feel the weight of silence. My legs were shaking when I left the theater.
I would like to hear if you have ever had one (1) transformational experience in a movie theater. Don't care if it's high art or low, somber or funny, poetic or banal - I just want to hear about that one time at the movies that changed you at the atomic level.

Thanks to Akin, I began volunteering with an arts-activist collective around disrupting rape culture. Stepping into what ultimately became a queer space helped me find a road sign to my gender.

The world in some ways is worse now but we can always seek new life and build something beautiful.
It’s tempting to think that “things were always this bad,” and there’s even some truth to it, but less than 20 years ago a GOP candidate could have his political career *in Missouri* ended by a very bad comment that would be like the 5th most offensive thing JD Vance says on a typical podcast
Todd Akin could never happen now. Trump in 2015 was worse than Akin ever was, ditto Vance
