Alex Jeffrey Pretti was an ICU nurse at a VA hospital. His life, through his profession, was dedicated to serving his community and our country.

As so many have now seen on video, his final act before he was killed by federal agents was doing everything in his power to protect his community.

Why are generic drugs, that are manufactured outside the US, not being tested with more rigorous quality assurance??
People are forced to take generic versions due to insurance policies - yet genetics are not being tested to confirm they meet name brand standard.

will taeheung kim, a korean american scientist and doctoral candidate with a green card, is still being detained by ICE. he's been in detention since July 21, first at SFO for over a week and then in various ICE facilities all over the country.
