Apparently all the PhD researchers holding prestigious NSF-funded research fellowships are having their salaries withheld until some unspecified time when the leadership figures out how to eliminate any grant funding that doesn’t align with the president’s political ideology.
It’s official: all funding requests made on Tuesday by postdocs for their salaries have been unilaterally rejected by NSF.

Trump administration is the perfect example why diversity and equality legislation was introduced. It hasn't meant incapable people are hired/promoted over the capable, it's actually meant insecure and incompetent white fellas aren't just recruiting other insecure and incompetent white fellas.

Just to be clear - he's not blaming "DEI" for the crash. He's saying that minorities are stupid. Just flat out racism. If WH reporters can't say that, then should step aside and let someone else with eyes and ears do the job.

Started marveling at the guest stars, and remembering how X-Files and Star Treks of the 90's had impressive lists, too.
