The Gender Law (Two Queens): It is a deep societal norm that Two Kings cannot rule a single land. It is believed that two male Sovereigns create "Aggressive Interference" in the power fields, leading to drought or war. However, Two Queens can rule together. This is seen as a "Harmonious Peak," and such unions are often celebrated as the most stable form of government. The Power Requirement: It is considered a social "sin" to be without power. Even a Rank 2 (Flicker) is seen as a citizen, but a Rank 1 (Null) is legally considered "unclaimed property" in many kingdoms. This is why Person A hiding her relationship with a Princess is so dangerous—a Null being with a Royal is a scandal that could topple a throne.
