“I told them I was an American citizen. I questioned why they were using those tactics on me. I asked about my constitutional rights. An officer outright said out loud that I have no constitutional rights at a point of entry,” says Wilmer Chavarria, a school superintendent in Vermont.

Our current mental health system can't provide services as it is, and the courts will be unable to keep up with cases that it needs to adjudicate. The EO, as written, could potentially be used to institutionalize the homeless and mental illness without due process.

Trump's intelligence chiefs try to rewrite the history of the 2016 election
Five years ago, Marco Rubio said there was "irrefutable evidence of Russian meddling.” Now, Tulsi Gabbard says that claim is “treasonous" and should be criminally investigated.

She's right!
In 1776 we fought the redcoats. In 2025 we are fighting the red hats. Both times to get rid of a "king".

We desperately need to revive civility and compassion in the US. And practice it every day.

Wakey up!
Judge in the lower federal courts are trying to play a role that are not used to, trying to wake up the public to what's going on, while remaining true to their constitutional role.
NEW: I analyzed nearly 300 federal cases involving the Trump administration. Federal judges—across the political spectrum—are using language I’ve never seen before. One called government actions “unconscionable.” Another quoted Kafka. They’re begging us to pay attention.

Cry me a river, you sniveling little man-baby. It's called WORK. If you're sitting in your office staring at 4 walls, you're not WORKING. Going to meetings, conferring with staff, getting to know your employees, and building relationships are what you're supposed to be doing. Quit yer belly achin'.
Dan Bongino has a nice cry on Fox & Friends: "I gave up everything for this. I mean, my wife is struggling... I stare at these 4 walls all day in DC, you know, by myself, divorced from my wife. Not divorced, but I mean, separated. And it's hard."

(Note that Brian Kilmeade has to encourage him lol)
