It’s a great question because it’s disarming and the honest + politically safe answer is still informative. Plus they might not even know!

transparency is not just streaming a firehose of BS at someone, it's making sure they can *understand* it.
Sometimes this means you might actually improve transparency by sharing *less* data with people.
Like sharing a predictable, color coded spreadsheet of the most important financial numbers on a regular interval, instead of a lengthy piece of narration.
