i just went through my media tab and realized i haven’t posted almost any pictures of 3/5 of my cats so i’m gonna do a pinned thread about my cats
my favorite 9/11 conspiracy theorist talking point is "the hijackers had hardly any training flying planes, and yet they were able to steer them into the towers???" tbh man *flying* the plane isn't actually the hard part. it's actually landing it. which they notably. didn't really have to do.

the other statewide congresspeople have already posted their condolences for the victims of the brown university shooting, but this is all chris coons has said. curious.
Annie’s and my hearts go out to the families of the two servicemembers and the interpreter killed during today’s attack in Syria. We will always remember their service and sacrifice.

My least popular (and most correct) view is that cars should be automatically limited to the local speed limit. Put the pedal to the floor and you still can't go over 25mph in a residential area.

people used to complain about others loudly having conversations on the phone in public and honestly i wish that was still an issue because lately ive been around so many people having conversations on speaker phone at full volume and that is such insane behavior man
people playing music/videos on their phone speakers in public is more than just mildly annoying and is instead a leading indicator of the decline of community and empath

i'm about 60% of the way through dracula and it's very good but also i gotta say if i had no prior knowledge of dracula at this point i would be seriously considering the theory that van helsing is just indoctrinating all these folks into a cult. not sure if that was intentional or not.
