Today was my first day back to work in almost 2 weeks and it was both very chill and weirdly hectic. I hoped since most people took the day off it would be calm but because I was one of the few people working I got pinged more than usual.

Just watched the new Knives Out and I think it's really important you know that the scene in the Seminary's Gym is filmed in the same place Rick Astley filmed the music video for Never Gonna Give You Up.

I am also like this most of the time. I just kinda do it automatically without thinking. I use they as default.
Was chatting w/ a friend from Western Mass today and got thrown when she kept referring to her doctor as "they." I assumed nonbinary doctor until I realized this was a Boston They. I forgot that ppl from western mass do not specify the gender of anyone who is not immediate family, spouse, or BFF
